• The full meeting registration fee for attendees includes the Opening Reception; continental breakfasts, lunches and breaks; all educational sessions; and the 11th Anniversary Luau.
• Only those individuals who are registered and have badges may attend conference events.
• To register, payment must accompany your registration form. No registrations will be processed without payment.

Written confirmations will be e-mailed for all registrations received by April 1, 2010. If you have not received your confirmation by April 1, 2010, contact PDA headquarters.
